Specific Guides to Remove ZeroAccess Rootkit

My computer suddenly crashed and now refuses to run in normal mode. When I turn it on, it starts up but I cannot access anything and then it freezes with a white screen. I downloaded some tools and found I had a ZeroAccess infection. I try to remove it but the computer still won't work at all in normal mode. Thanks for any help in advance.
