Step 4: Open Registry Editor by navigating to Start Menu, type in Regedit, and then click OK. When you have been in Registry Editor, please remove the following related registry entries:



HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System “DisableRegedit” = 0
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\DisallowRun\{rnd.exe}
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\DisallowRun=”0”

Step 5: Remove all of your internet history records, internet temp files and cookies.
