Surveycraze.com is in fact an adware created by cyber criminasl to make profits.It generates pop-up ads about dubious information and other fake online surveys.Once infected with surveycraze.com, it will change the browser setting and replace your default homepage and new tab by its own domain. It will constantly pop up during the time you are surfing online with Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome or any other browsers. It will pop up a message and tells: congratulations! You have been selected to participate in an anonymous quick survey. Upon completion you will be offered an exclusive reward for your participation.

Don't be excited when you see this message. If you follw its steps to continue, you will be asked to pay money to subscribe for its news so that you have more opportunities to get the reward. You should not believe it and pay for the money. Or you will pay a lot of money for nothing. Besides, surveycraze.com is distributed by Blitz Media Player, which is a malicious programs. it can plug in add-on and extension in order to prompt surveycraze.com pop-up ads timely. In this case,  a lot of junk files and invalid registry entries may put your PC at risk. You should remove Surveycraze.com as soon as possible.

Method One: Manually Deletion

Step 1: Open your Task Manger by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys and end all the running processes of Surveycraze.com:

Step 2:  Open Control Panel in Start menu and search for Folder Options. When you’re in Folder Options window, please click on its View tab, check Show hidden files and folders and uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and then press OK.

Step 3:  Click on the “Start” menu and then click on the “Search programs and files” box, Search for and delete these files created by Surveycraze.com:

Step 4: Disable all suspicious startup items.

Windows XP:

Step: Click Start menu -> click Run -> type: msconfig in the search bar -> open System Configuration Utility -> Disable all possible startup items related to Surveycraze.com:

Step 5: Remove all add-ons:

Internet Explorer:

1) Go to Tools -> ‘Manage Add-ons’;

2) Choose ‘Search Providers’ -> choose ‘Bing’ search engine or ‘Google’ search engine and make it default;

3) Select ‘Search Results’ and click ‘Remove’ to remove it;

4) Go to ‘Tools’ -> ‘Internet Options’; select ‘General tab’ and click website, e.g. Google.com. Click OK to save changes.

Google Chrome

1) Click on ‘Customize and control’ Google Chrome icon, select ‘Settings’;

2) Choose ‘Basic Options’;

3) Change Google Chrome’s homepage to google.com or any other and click the ‘Manage Search Engines…’ button;

4) Select ‘Google’ from the list and make it your default search engine;

5) Select ‘Search Result’ from the list to remove it by clicking the ‘X’ mark.

Mozilla Firefox

1) Click on the magnifier’s icon and select ‘Manage Search Engine…’;

2) Choose ‘Search Results’ from the list and click ‘Remove’ and OK to save changes;

3) Go to ‘Tools’ -> “Options”. Reset the startup homepage or change it to google.com under ‘General tab;

Step 6: Open Registry Editor by pressing Windows+R keys, type “regedit”  in Run box and click “OK” to proceed. When Registry Editor is open, search and get rid of the following registry entries:

Registry values:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\[random]

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\Run\[random]

HKEY_USERS\.DEFUALT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\[random]

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ControlSet001\Services\svflooje\Enum\[random]
