How can I Remove Trojan.PolyCrypt.h?

My computer was attacked by Trojan.PolyCrypt.h just now, my free scanner detected it and I even don’t know how and when it came into my computer? Any idea?

Method: Tap Windows+R to pull up Run menu. In the Open box,type Regedit and then click OK to open Registry Editor. Find out the entries listed above and delete them.
