Comcast Copyright Infringement Fines Scam is a member of ransomware family. It locks user’s computer system and asks for a fine in the name of Federal Police. It states that the user has violated the law by involving in the cybercrime activities, such as copyright contents, distributed spam emails with attachments, downloaded malicious videos and so on. You need to pay for the fine to unlock your computer. But in fact, this is a fake alert from the cyber criminals, just don’t trust it.
