Windows Efficiency Console is a fake antivirus program, one member of Rogue.FakeVimes family. It can attack computer system based on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. Once installed, this program will run itself automatically at the background when you start your computer. When you enter into your desktop, it will pop up to scan your computer system. After that, it displays false detected results and fake security warnings to ask you to remove those threats on your computer. And it will ask you to buy its entire program version to remove those detected infections. But don’t believe it. This is a malicious scareware created by the cyber criminals to collect money.
