How to Remove PassLocal Pop-up Easily and Permanently?

A lot of pop ups from PassLocal appear on my browser after I installed some programs from the internet yesterday.  I don't know how to remove it, would you help me? 

Basic Information of PassLocal

PassLoca is an adware program PassLocal is an unwanted adware program which will display pop up ads on all the browsers including Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, Yahoo, Bing, Opera, Safari. 1: Stop PassLocal running processes in Windows Task Manager first.

4: All PassLocal associated files listed below need to be removed:

5: Clear your internet history records, internet temp files and cookies.
