Press End all processes tab.
Step4: Remove all the following registry entries of Win32/Ficos.A:

Push Windows and R together to Run menu.
Type Regedit into the blank box to open Registry Editor.
Delete all the entries mentioned before.
Step 5: Reboot your computer to see if the removal is successful
